Dopest Natives Alive
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This page explains the ownership and permitted use of intellectual property associated with Brooke Ashley Group, Dopest Natives Alive™ ("DNA") and DNA merchandise. It applies to original content appearing on dopestnativesalive.com and to DNA-created merchandise, media, promotional content and brand assets, except where another owner or licence is expressly identified.
Nothing on this website grants a licence to reproduce, manufacture, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative products from protected DNA or DNA material unless DNA has given prior written permission.
Dopest Natives Alive protects its original branding and creative materials, subject to any rights belonging to identified third parties.
Dopest Natives Alive™ is a proprietary brand of Brooke Ashley Group. DNA merchandise is an original brand and merchandise collection operated under Dopest Natives Alive. Original DNA branding, logos, campaign assets and DNA-created merchandise designs are protected as part of the DNA intellectual property portfolio.
Dopest Natives Alive™, DNA brand identifiers and DNA merchandise may be used to identify authentic DNA products, services and content. You may not use these names, logos or confusingly similar branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or authorization by DNA when none exists. The ™ symbol identifies marks claimed by DNA whether or not a particular mark has been registered.
Buying a DNA or DNA product gives you ownership of the physical item you purchased. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights or the right to reproduce the artwork printed on that item.
DNA-created merchandise artwork may not be copied, traced, redrawn, digitized, converted into another production format, printed on other goods, manufactured, sold, sublicensed or commercially distributed without prior written authorization.
DNA may own or control copyright in the recordings, edits, graphics, titles, thumbnails, production elements and other original components of media produced by DNA. Guests, performers, photographers, musicians and other contributors may retain rights in their own pre-existing works, performances, music, likenesses or other contributions. DNA does not claim third-party rights that have not been assigned or licensed to it.
Artwork uploaded by a printing customer, artist, collaborator or other third party remains subject to that person's ownership and licence rights unless a written agreement transfers or licenses those rights to DNA. Preparing, enhancing, resizing, background-removing or converting customer artwork for print does not by itself transfer ownership of the customer's underlying artwork to DNA.
Ownership of collaborative or commissioned work is determined by the applicable written agreement. Where DNA requires ownership of commissioned artwork, photography, video, music, design or other creative work, that ownership should be documented in a signed assignment or other written agreement. This website notice does not override an existing written agreement with a creator or contributor.
You may share a normal link to publicly available DNA webpages, product pages, articles, podcast episodes or social posts. Platform-native sharing and reposting tools may also be used where they preserve the original source and attribution. Permission to share a link or platform post is not permission to extract, reproduce or manufacture the underlying artwork, merchandise design or media.
Unless DNA gives prior written permission, protected DNA and DNA artwork, product imagery, original photography, video, audio and other creative content may not be systematically scraped, harvested or copied for the purpose of building a commercial content library, training or fine-tuning a generative model, creating merchandise replicas, or generating derivative brand assets intended for commercial use. This restriction does not limit uses that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Displaying content publicly on this website does not place it in the public domain and does not create an implied commercial licence. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the applicable rights holder.
To request permission to use DNA intellectual property, report suspected counterfeit merchandise, or report unauthorized copying of DNA-created work, contact Management. Include the material involved, where it appears, and your contact information.
Names, music, artwork, photographs, cultural works, trademarks and other material belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party material on this website do not transfer ownership to DNA. Where a product or collaboration contains licensed or contributor-owned material, those rights remain subject to the applicable licence or agreement.
Brooke Ashley Group and Dopest Natives Alive reserve all rights in intellectual property they own or control and may take appropriate steps to address unauthorized commercial use, counterfeiting, infringement or misuse of their brands and original creative works.
