DJ Big Rez Returns with Flow Fest 3 at the Legendary Stommish Water Festival
The Pacific Northwest's Indigenous music scene is set to come alive once again as DJ Big Rez presents Flow Fest 3, returning to the legendary Stommish Water Festival on June 20 in Lummi Nation.
Over the years, DJ Big Rez has become much more than a DJ. Through his work in music, radio, event production, and community leadership, he has helped create opportunities for Indigenous artists throughout the region. Flow Fest has become one of those opportunities — a platform where Native artists can connect with audiences, showcase their talent, and celebrate Indigenous creativity on a major stage.
A Lineup Representing Turtle Island
This year's lineup brings together an impressive collection of artists representing different nations, communities, and musical styles. Performers include Native Kyng, The You In I, Dank Zavala, Lil Jim, Chelsey Monique, Liv Rion, Locvhontvs, Tiago Vasquez, J Rod The Problem, Rich Unk, Sage Smoke, DJ Deadly Kid, and more, with Tatanka Omani serving as host for the event.
Set against the backdrop of the world-renowned Stommish Water Festival, Flow Fest 3 continues to build on a tradition of bringing people together through music, culture, and community. Stommish has long been one of the Pacific Northwest's premier Indigenous gatherings, attracting visitors from both Canada and the United States and creating a space where culture, sport, and entertainment come together.
"Flow Fest 3 is about bringing people together through music, culture, and community."
A Stage Built By Native People, For Native People
For many artists, opportunities like Flow Fest are important because they provide a stage built by Indigenous people for Indigenous people. That commitment to uplifting Native talent is one of the reasons DJ Big Rez has earned so much respect throughout the region. His dedication to supporting artists and creating spaces where Indigenous voices can thrive has made a lasting impact on the Northwest music community.
Dopest Natives Alive is proud to support both DJ Big Rez and Flow Fest 3.
DNA on the Lineup
Representing DNA on the lineup are Rich Unk and his sons, Sage Smoke, DJ Deadly Kid, and Tapwewin. Their involvement reflects DNA's belief in passing knowledge, opportunity, and creativity from one generation to the next. While each is developing their own path, they remain connected through a shared commitment to Indigenous culture, music, and community.
At its heart, Flow Fest 3 is about bringing people together. It is about celebrating Indigenous excellence, supporting Native artists, and creating unforgettable experiences for the community. With DJ Big Rez leading the charge and a lineup packed with talent from across Turtle Island, this year's event is shaping up to be one of the highlights of the summer.
